Cut Noodles in Casserole

Ingredients: 300g fresh sliced noodles, appropriate amount of meatballs, 1 yellow cabbage, 200g old tofu. Accessories: beef base in sour soup, 1 chive, appropriate amount of mushrooms, 1 ham

Wash the yellow cabbage or Shanghai green, wash the chives and cut into sections, slice the ginger, cut the old tofu into pieces, wash the mushrooms with water, halve into slices, and bubble with light salt water

Add water to the casserole, add sour soup and beef base, ginger slices, and bring to a boil

Add the meatballs, old tofu, and mushroom slices, and cook for about 3 minutes until they are cooked through

Add yellow cabbage and sliced ham and cook until tender

In another pot, add clean water and boil over high heat, cut the noodles with a knife, cook until it floats, add cold water once, and cook it again until it floats.

Tips:
1. Cut noodles in a casserole, the vegetables and ingredients in it can be added at will
2. The sour soup and beef base material can be replaced with the hot pot base material, which also tastes good.
