Tips:
Yellow cabbage can be replaced with other green vegetables. When frying, put it in the pot last.
Pay attention to the amount of salt used, because the sauce is already very salty, and the scrambled eggs and minced meat are filled with salt. The light soy sauce and oyster sauce in the sauce are also salty, so there is no need to put salt in the fried noodles. .
