Green Vegetable Noodle Soup
1.
Boil a pot of boiling water for later use. Heat oil, pour in the chopped green onion and garlic, stir-fry, pour in the carrot and bacon
2.
When the bacon slices change color, pour in the boiling water that has been boiled beforehand. After the water is boiled, beat in the eggs, add salt, black pepper and a little soy sauce, and put the dried noodles.
3.
Put the lettuce when the noodles are almost ready, so that it won't be boiled.
Tips:
In order to improve the freshness, soy sauce does not need a lot. If you put chicken essence, you don't need soy sauce. After the minced garlic is heated in oil, there is no taste in your mouth, so you don’t have to worry about it when you go to work or school.
