Green Vegetables and Pork Dumplings

According to the instructions on the back of the dumpling powder package, add 300g of dumpling powder and 174g of water into the bread machine to automatically knead the noodles for 15 minutes.

Mix into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for half an hour.

Roll out the dough into strips after half an hour.

Cut into equal parts and press once with your hands. (My cut is too big, so I used a cup to process the dumpling wrappers in the later stage)

Roll out into equal-sized dumpling wrappers. (I used the bottle to press out the same size after rolling it out.)

After washing the vegetables, blanch them in boiling water, remove them and chop them, mince the green onion and ginger for later use.

When you buy pork, let someone smash it.

Add the vegetables and pork with the right amount of salt, chicken essence and oil and stir well. (When adding salt, add a small amount of it. The mother-in-law said that you can smell the aroma of the filling, which means that the salt is almost OK!)

Fill all the skins and make dumplings.

Put a proper amount of water in the pot and bring it to a boil, then put the dumplings on top and steam for about 15 minutes!

The color of the steamed dumplings is very beautiful, which makes people very appetizing.

The whole point of vinegar and the chili sauce made by yourself is especially appetizing and delicious.

It tastes better if you fry it.
