Greens and Ham Meatballs
1.
Main ingredients: 200 grams of green vegetables, 2 ham, 2 dried shiitake mushrooms. Accessories: appropriate amount of rice noodles (I fried them), salt, 5 grams of light soy sauce, 5 grams of oyster sauce, and a spoonful of vegetable oil
2.
Soak dried shiitake mushrooms with hot water. It is better to soak them softly and without hard cores. You can soak them in cold water overnight.
3.
Wash the cabbage, put it in boiling water and boil it until it changes color and immediately pick it up. Eggs and vegetable oil can be used, so that the color is green and the nutrition is not easy to lose.
4.
Pick it up and immediately add it to cold water and let it cool. Squeeze out the water and mince, mince the soaked mushrooms, and dice the ham.
5.
Add salt, light soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix well, add a spoonful of vegetable oil and mix well.
6.
Add the rice noodles to a large bowl, put the greens and vegetables on disposable gloves, grab a handful with your hands, and squeeze them into small balls
7.
Squeeze it with your hands again, add it to the rice noodles again, shake it again, shake it back and forth 3 times, and squeeze it 2 times.
8.
Do this for each, you can do a few more at a time and shake together, which saves time.
9.
After the steamer is boiled with cold water, add the vegetable meatballs, and they must be arranged so that the middle is too far apart
10.
Steaming on high heat for 10 minutes is almost cooked. If the amount is too much, you can increase the steaming time.
Tips:
1. The cabbage can be replaced with your favorite vegetable at will. It should not be blanched for a long time, just pick it up when it changes color.
2. Ingredients can be added, whatever you like is fine, if you don't have rice flour, you can replace it with corn flour.
