Griddle Abalone and Chicken
1.
Wash half of the grass chicken, chop into small pieces, drain the water and set aside.
2.
After the fresh abalone is cleaned with a toothbrush, remove the abalone meat and cut with a knife.
3.
Put the chicken and abalone in a basin, add rice wine, salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, starch, green onion and ginger, mix well and marinate for half a day.
4.
Prepare the onion, garlic cloves, ginger, and green onions.
5.
Add appropriate amount of oil to the casserole, add onion, green onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant.
6.
After turning off the heat, put the marinated chicken pieces on the onion, green onion, ginger and garlic, cover the pot and cook on high heat for 3 minutes.
7.
Then put the baby abalone on the chicken pieces, cover the pot and simmer on medium-low heat for 20 minutes.
8.
When the time is up, open the lid and sprinkle with diced red pepper and chopped green onion.
9.
Ready to eat.
Tips:
The tender grass chicken that I chose this time is more delicious. You can also choose three yellow chickens, but don't choose the old hen, because the old hen will not be able to bite for more than 20 minutes.
