Griddle Bullfrog

Prepare the ingredients (the bullfrog is killed in the market and cut into pieces).

Wash the bullfrogs, add cooking wine, ginger diced and peppercorns and pickle them for a while.

Cut parsley and cucumber into 3cm pieces, and cut pepper into small pieces.

Add cucumber and parsley.
