Griddle Cauliflower

Soak the cauliflower into small flowers for about 10 minutes, remove and boil in water for about three minutes.

Cut millet pepper into strips, garlic cloves and slices of ginger.
3.
Cook the oil, add the prepared millet pepper, ginger slices, and garlic slices and stir fry to create a fragrance.
4.
Add the cauliflower, stir-fry until the color changes, then add soy sauce and stir-fry until the cauliflower is slightly browned.
