Griddle Cauliflower
1.
Prepare the ingredients and cut the pork belly into thin slices (I write the right amount for the ingredients here, everyone decides according to your own taste, as long as you understand the method).
2.
Break the cauliflower into halves, add some salt and oil to the pot and cook.
3.
Put a small amount of oil and cool the pork belly to remove the oil from the pork belly.
4.
Add ginger, star anise, garlic, dried chili, cinnamon, and bean paste, and let it smell out.
5.
Add cauliflower and green onion, mix well, turn off the heat, add salt, black pepper, cumin, and add some chili powder if it tastes heavy.
6.
Out of the pot, it tastes so good that you can eat a big bowl of porridge!
