Griddle Duck Leg Tea Tree Mushroom

Cut the duck legs into pieces and blanch them in water.

Heat a wok with a little cooking oil, add green onion, ginger, garlic, cooking wine, dry pot seasoning, and white sugar, stir and stir evenly.

Add the duck leg pieces and stir fry.
