Griddle Intestines

Turn the fat intestine over and remove the fat from the inner wall of the intestine. The photos in this step are a bit unpleasant, so I used the picked photos!

Put salt, baking soda, and balsamic vinegar into the overturned fat intestine, rub it repeatedly, and then wash it, at least three times. Wash the outer wall of the fat intestine in this way until the odor disappears.

The cleaned fatty intestines are blanched in boiling water and then marinated in a pot of seasonings, with a little sugar color, and the floating powder is continuously skimmed during the marinating process.

Marinate for half an hour, remove and cut into small pieces, set aside.

To prepare the ingredients, I added Pleurotus eryngii to make it healthier!

Put oil in the pot, add minced garlic and minced ginger and stir fry for a fragrance!

Add eryngii mushrooms, green peppers and garlic moss and stir fry.

When the pleurotus eryngii, green pepper, and garlic moss are cooked until they are mature, add the green onions and stir fry.

Stir-fry the greens until they are nine mature.

Mix in salt, spicy and soy sauce.

Add oyster sauce.

Add chopped green onion.

Add coriander, this step can be omitted if you don't like it.

Put the dry pan on the fire, add the fried dishes, heat it up and eat!

Tips:
My home cleans the fat intestines very clean, basically no fat, the restaurant will not do that. Today, 8 catties of fat intestines, after removing the fat, there are only more than three catties, and less than two and a half catties are left after the marinade is completed. It can be seen that I picked it up. How clean! But itโs clean and healthy to eat like this! Those who like the smell can be washed less, as long as you can bear it! ๐
