Griddle Lettuce Bacon

Wash the pork head with warm water, steam it on the pot until the skin is soft, cut into thin slices, peel and wash the lettuce, cut into diamond-shaped slices with a knife, wash and cut the red hot pepper;

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the wok to heat up, and stir-fry the pork head to create a fragrance;

Add lettuce slices, red hot peppers, and stir-fry on high heat until the lettuce slices are cooked. Add salt, oil, cooking wine, and pepper, drizzle with red oil, and stir fry a few times;
