Griddle Ribs

The first step: prepare the ingredients. 800 grams of ribs, one piece of lettuce, 10 grams of ginger, 10 grams of garlic, one onion, and appropriate amount of chili.

Tips:
1. The ribs must be fresh, and don't cut too big.
2. Because the bean paste has a salty taste. So be sure to use the right amount when adding salt.
