Griddle Sausage Baby Vegetables

1. Rinse the sausage with water to remove the dust on the surface, and steam it in a pot. I steamed it for about 10 minutes

2. Slice the steamed sausage for later use

3. Also prepare chopped green onion, shredded ginger, millet pepper, and bean paste

4. Wash baby vegetables and tear off small pieces

5. Put a little base oil in the pan and stir-fry the baby cabbage

6. Stir-fry until the baby cabbage becomes soft and the water is released, then set aside

7. Refill the oil in the pan and heat it up, add the bean paste, and stir-fry the red oil

8. Add green onion, ginger, millet pepper and stir fry until fragrant

9. Lower sausage

10. Stir fry for a while

11. Fried baby cabbage

12. Stir fry a few times, add light soy sauce

13. Stir fry a few more times

14. Finished product

Tips:

Both bean paste and Chinese sausage have a salty taste, so add light soy sauce to eliminate the need for salt.
