Griddle Shrimp is fresh and spicy in one pot, whether it’s for singles or gatherings, it’s great

Ingredients

Griddle Shrimp

1. Wash the shrimp, remove the shrimp silk, onion, lotus root, cut into pieces, cut millet pepper/hang pepper celery into sections

2. Fry the prawns in a hot pan with cold oil until they change color, set aside

3. Put the lotus root, celery, and onion into the pan and fry it for a while.

4. Sauté chili, pepper and garlic in a frying pan, then put the shrimp and vegetables in the pan and stir fry for a while

5. Add chili sauce, light soy sauce and appropriate amount of salt, pour in a small amount of water, and boil on high heat for 5 minutes
