Griddle Shrimp Stir-fried Vegetarian Vegetables

1. Wash the shrimp, remove the shrimp thread with a toothpick, and cut off the beard!

2. Wash the side dishes, cut them separately and serve them on a plate

3. Scallions, cut into sections

4. Cucumber slices

5. Cut cauliflower

6. Chopped chili

7. Slice lotus roots, buy crispy lotus roots. After slicing, let the water pass!

8. The garlic and ginger are all cut, and the coriander is also washed and put in the vegetable bowl first

9. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, pour the peppercorns, star anise, garlic, and ginger into the saucepan until fragrant.

10. Pour the shrimp and stir fry (add some cooking wine to remove the fishy), then add the chopped chili and stir fry

11. Add lotus root slices and stir fry

12. After frying the lotus root slices, add cauliflower and stir fry

Tips:
