Griddle Spicy Cabbage

Cabbage slices, donโt be too small, if they are too small, they will be lost when they are stir-fried

Remove the stems and seeds of the pepper and cut into diagonal slices

Dried red pepper, cut into small pieces
4.
Thinly sliced pork belly

Put the pork belly in a pot and stir-fry on low heat

Fry the pork belly to make it into a curl shape

Add dried chili and stir fry

Add cabbage and stir fry

Add hot peppers and stir fry

Add one spoonful of light soy sauce, one spoonful of oyster sauce, one spoonful of vinegar, half a spoonful of sugar, some salt, one spoonful of red oil and stir fry

Stir-fry evenly over high heat, turn off the heat and cook when the cabbage becomes soft
