Griddle Squid and Shrimp-private House

The vegetables at the bottom of the dry pot are matched according to your own preferences. Seasoning dishes: garlic, ginger, onion, millet pepper, green onion.

This time I made squid and shrimp, so the main ingredients are squid and shrimp. After cleaning, cut the squid into strips and open the back of the shrimp to take the thread. If you want to pair with other main ingredients, half of them are: crab, ribs, octopus, etc. by personal preference

Fry all the side dishes and main dishes, except the seasoning dishes, into the frying pan, and place them on absorbent paper for later use.

Stir-fry the hot pot ingredients with bean paste, add rock sugar, add green onion, ginger, garlic, millet pepper, onion, if you like, add some sesame pepper, the fried ingredients are set aside

Use half of the ingredients that have been fried in the previous step to fry all the side dishes. Fry for about 5 minutes, and see that the vegetables are all colored and flavored. Pour all the side dishes into a dry pan and sit on the bottom.

Stir-fry the squid and prawns with the remaining stir-fried ingredients for about 5 minutes, watch the prawns and squid taste out of the pot and pour into the dry pot.
Tips:
During the whole frying process, you add salt according to the taste. Generally, the base material is very heavy and it is already very salty, so try dishes.
