Griddle Thousand Page Tofu

Rinse the thousand-page tofu with water, absorb the water with kitchen paper, and cut the tofu into small triangle shapes

Put more oil in the pan, and fry the tofu first. The tofu will expand slowly, and you can see that it has basically expanded.

Drain and drain the oil, cut the garlic leaves into small pieces, slice the garlic, and cut the red pepper into small pieces and set aside

Add cooking wine to the shredded pork, take another cast iron pot of chili, and saute the garlic slices and chili

Put the shredded pork and stir fry until the color changes, add some Pixian bean paste and fry together until fragrant

Add the right amount of water to boil and add the fried tofu

Add oyster sauce and barbecued pork sauce

Tips:
Because I added bean paste and oyster sauce, I didn't add salt. We like sweet ones, so I added char siu sauce and sugar!
