I've been thinking about how to make Qianye Tofu and how it tastes so good. The whole family likes to eat Qianye tofu. I use Qianye tofu with onions, carrots, and green peppers. I fry this dry pot of Qianye tofu. It may not be very authentic, but the whole family enjoys it very much.

Ingredients

3. Cut the onion and green pepper into pieces. Carrots cut into slices
