Griddle Thousand Page Tofu

Cut the pork belly into thin slices.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add Thousand-page tofu and fry until both sides are slightly yellow, and the volume becomes obviously fatter. Pour out and set aside.

Tips:
Soybean paste and oyster sauce have enough salt, no need to add additional salt. Generally, a little green garlic is added at the end of this dish to improve the flavor. I don't have it at home, so I switched to chives, and the taste is also very good.
