Griddle Thousand Page Tofu with Oyster Sauce

A box of thousand-page tofu is ready.

Open the package and rinse gently with clean water, drain the water and place it on the chopping board.

Gently cut into square pieces with a knife.

Add a small amount of cooking oil to the pan, put the small pieces of cut tofu into the oil, and fry on medium-low heat.

Turn over and continue frying until both sides are slightly yellow.

Pour in thousand-page tofu and celery.
