Grilled Antarctic Fish with Scallions

After buying the Antarctic fish, remove the head, gills and internal organs and rinse them.

Put the oil in the pot, heat it on medium-high heat, put the fish one by one into the oil pan, turn over after one side is golden, and drain the oil after both sides are golden.
