Grilled Bones

Boil the bones in water for later use.

Put the blanched rod bone into an electric pressure cooker and add appropriate amount of water.
3.
Green onion ginger, dried chili.
4.
Put the cinnamon, bay leaves, and star anise in a seasoning bag, wrap them in the pot, add salt and chicken essence.
5.
Add soy sauce, soy sauce toning.
6.
Start the ribs program.

Put the stewed stick bones in the oven and bake at 200° for 15 minutes.
