Grilled Boston Lobster with Garlic

Cut the back of the shrimp, remove the shrimp thread, add a little salt and cooking wine to marinate for five minutes. (If the shrimp is cooked, leave the salty and brackish).

Melt the butter, mix well with the minced garlic, green onion, and Thai pepper. Add black pepper and salt.

Stuff the garlic in the shrimp.

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees, put it in a baking tray, and bake for 10-15 minutes.
