Grilled Char Siu

1. Prepare materials

2. Massage the meat with salt first

3. Add char siu sauce

4. Add white wine

5. Add sliced ginger, garlic and shallots

6. Mix well, put in the refrigerator and marinate for 24 hours, turning over in the middle

7. Spread a layer of oil on the grilling net to prevent sticking, remove the marinated lean meat and place on the grilling net to drip dry juice (the following picture is half of the roast)

8. Put it in a 230 degree preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes. Place a baking tray lined with tin foil under the grilling net to catch the dripping juice

9. Reverse after 25 minutes

10. Spread honey water in the last 5 minutes (the ratio of honey to water is 1:2.5)

11. Dry the surface again
