Grilled Chicken Drumsticks with Cumin

Ingredients; cumin powder, chili powder, chili oil, fresh salt, pepper, ginger powder, cooking wine, honey

Wash the chicken shanks

Use toothpicks to make small holes in the chicken skin

Put the cooking wine, pepper, cumin powder, chili powder, ginger powder

Pour the chili oil and salt into the container and mix well

Add chicken shanks

Keep mixing evenly, the more you turn, the more delicious it is.

Cover and put the marinated chicken legs in the refrigerator freezer for 24 hours.

Spread a piece of tin foil on the baking tray, spread the marinated chicken legs flat on the grill, and place the baking tray under the grill

Set the oven at 200 degrees, use the up and down function to bake, preheat for 5 minutes, push the baking tray into the oven, and set the total time to 50 minutes.

Tips:
If you want to marinate longer, add less salt, and vice versa
