Grilled Chicken Gizzards

Prepare materials

Wash chicken gizzards and slice them, add cooking wine, green onion and ginger, marinate for half an hour to remove fishy, then wash several times to remove blood

Add 1 tablespoon and a half oyster sauce to the chicken gizzards, half a tablespoon of light soy sauce, add cumin powder, chili powder, and pepper, mix well with salt for half an hour

Tips:
1: The chicken gizzards do not need to be cut very thin, otherwise it will not taste and it is not convenient to string bamboo skewers
2: Chicken gizzards are internal organs, which will be fishy. Use cooking wine to remove the fishy and then season it.
