Shiitake mushrooms and chicken have always been a perfect match, whether it is stewed in soup or dry roast, they can fully exude the deliciousness of the ingredients.

Grilled Chicken Nuggets with Mushrooms

1. Wash chicken nuggets

2. Add cold water to the washed chicken nuggets and boil

3. Remove the scum, pick up the chicken nuggets and set aside

4. Slice ginger, dry chili into small sections, and scallion into small sections.

5. Soaked mushrooms
