Grilled Chicken with Fungus

I bought fresh fungus, chicken drumsticks, and Youxian fragrant dried.

Cut the chicken legs into small pieces, slice them dry, and wash the fungus.

Blanch the fungus after washing.

In another pan, heat the chicken and ginger slices in the oil.

Stir-fry the chicken with fragrant dry after it changes color.

Stir-fry for a minute, add fungus and stir-fry together, add appropriate amount of salt to taste.
