The waxy corn grown by the farmer is beginning to mature. Compared with the corn that can be sold in supermarkets all year round, this naturally mature corn is more sweet and fresh.
I bought a few and ate two of them as soon as they were cooked. The remaining three were roasted quickly, smeared with honey and butter. They were very delicious.

Grilled Corn with Milk and Honey

1. Prepare fresh waxy corn and wash it. (Only 3 were used when baking)

2. Put the corn in the pot, add an appropriate amount of water, and cook.

3. The butter is insulated and the water melts.

4. Then pour the honey and stir well.

5. Drain the corn, put it in a baking dish lined with tin foil, and brush with honey butter.

6. Put it in the oven at 205 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. It can be turned over during this period.

Tips:

You don’t have to use waxy corn, you can use fruit corn, which is delicious after baking.
Honey can be replaced with any kind of sugar.
You can turn over more when baking, and the color and taste can be more even.
