I will offer a rough grill-flavored salt-fried meat~ The fried meat is particularly dry and fragrant, with a grilled taste~ You can also enjoy a barbecue addiction simply at home. ! ps: The lean meat here can be pigs, chickens, cattle, sheep, etc., just choose what you like!

Grilled Cumin Salt Fried Meat

1. Cut the lean meat into thin and moderate slices, and shred the onion (onion can be omitted or replaced with green onion and ginger)

2. Add salt, black pepper, cumin powder and all other ingredients

3. Grab well, put it in the refrigerator and marinate overnight

4. Without oil in the pan, spread the meat slices flat and fry slowly over medium and low heat

5. Turn the bottom halfway, and fry until both sides are browned. Sprinkle some cumin powder and pepper before out of the pan.

Tips:

1. The meat can be replaced with whatever you like~
2. Onions can be replaced with scallions and ginger shreds, and discarded when frying.
