Ingredients

Grilled Fish Fillet ~ with Pork Corn Kernels

1. Two pieces of frozen fish fillets~ Soak in cold water to thaw~

2. Cut the pork into pieces

3. Marinate with a spoonful of cooking wine, half a spoon of salt, half a spoon of oil, 0.4 spoon of cumin powder

4. I use frozen corn so I need to defrost

5. Heat up a non-stick pan and stir-fry quickly over medium heat without adding oil

6. Stir-fry until it turns white on all sides, just pick it up, it doesn’t need to be fully cooked

7. Stir fry the corn too

8. You can pick it up when it's soft

9. The fish fillets are marinated with a spoonful of salt

10. Let’s fry it first. It doesn’t take much time to bake~ Add some oil when frying

11. Pick it up when it's fried.

12. Wrap the roasting pot with tin foil, spread the fish fillets, pork and corn kernels flat on top, spread them out so that they can be cooked easily.

13. After spreading, you can sprinkle some roasting powder and black pepper on top~

14. Preheat the electric oven to 350 degrees for three to five minutes, put it in and bake it for three minutes, take it out and turn it over and bake it.

15. It will take about six minutes to ten minutes to take the test. You don’t need to bake for too long because it’s been fried before baking~

16. Go well with rice~ Hee hee~

Tips:

If you are afraid of the fishy smell, you can add chopped green onion and garlic. I don’t really get the fishy smell. Just a little bit of seasoning.
