Today, Mommy sent some grass carp, and her mother-in-law cut them into pieces and marinated them with salt for frying.
Now that there is an oven, these pieces of fish will become grilled!
I sprinkled the two kinds of seasoning powder at home on the two sides of the fish to make a double flavor, hehe!
You can smell the fragrant cumin when you roast it, right!

Grilled Fish with Pesto and Cumin

1. Cut the grass carp and marinate in salt and oil for about 30 minutes.

2. Line the baking pan with tin foil and grease it with oil.

3. Lay the pieces of fish on tin foil.

4. Sprinkle two kinds of seasoning powder (cumin powder, garlic fried bone powder) on the two sides of the fish to make a double flavor.

5. Leave it for 5 minutes to let it taste. At this time, the oven is preheated up and down at 150 degrees.

6. Bake in the middle of the oven at 150 degrees for 10 minutes.

7. Take out the fish and coat with honey.

8. Put it in and bake for another 2 minutes.

Tips:

1. The tin foil should be smeared with more oil, and the fish pieces should be laid to avoid sticking to the tin foil after the fish is baked.
2. You don't need to put too much salt when marinating the fish, because it will be seasoned with cumin powder.
