Grilled Fish with Spicy Pickled Peppers
1.
Cut celery, green onions, pickled peppers, and red peppers into sections, shred ginger, and mince garlic, set aside.
2.
Cut the fresh fish into a flat shape and place it in a baking tray. Use a baking brush to brush the oil and steamed fish soy sauce on the inside and outside of the fish body. Then brush the cumin powder and pepper powder evenly on the fish body, drizzle it with cooking wine, and marinate it for ten. Five to twenty minutes.
3.
Preheat the oven, put the fish in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. (Each oven has different specifications and power. It is best to observe whether the fish is cooked in about 15 minutes to avoid burning. If the power of your own oven is too low, you can extend the time appropriately)
4.
When the fish is roasted in the oven, make the roasting sauce: heat the oil in the pan, add garlic rice, pickled peppers, red peppers and fry until fragrant, two tablespoons of bean paste into the pan, add appropriate amount of water, and then add celery and green onion celery. Bring to a boil.
5.
Pour the prepared roasting sauce into the roasting pan, pour it evenly on the fish body, and then put the roasting pan into the oven and bake for 5 to 10 minutes.
6.
Serve the fish with the grilled sauce and the grill pan, add coriander to garnish, and you're done~
