Grilled French Lamb Chop

Prepare the ingredients. I bought frozen lamb chops and put them in the refrigerator to thaw one day in advance;

After washing the fresh rosemary, remove the leaves;

Wash lamb chops with blood and water, put them in a bowl, and add appropriate amount of sea salt;

Add an appropriate amount of black pepper;

Rub the rosemary leaves a few times and add them to the lamb chops;

Grasp evenly with your hands and massage for 3-5 minutes, cover with plastic wrap and marinate for more than one hour;
7.
Connect the electric oven to the power supply and select the air frying function;

The temperature is 200 degrees;

Start to warm up;

Spread a layer of tin foil in the frying basket provided with the oven and brush with a layer of olive oil;

Put in the marinated lamb chops;

Put it in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes, then turn it over and continue to bake for 8 minutes.
Tips:
1. Brush a layer of olive oil on the tin foil to prevent adhesion, you can leave it if you don't like it;
2. Seasonings are increased or decreased and adjusted according to personal preference;
3. When the air frying function of this oven is selected, the four heating pipes work at the same time, and the motor fan runs at a high speed. The heating is fast and concentrated, allowing the heat to penetrate the inside of the ingredients instantly, achieving the effect of crispy outside and tender on the inside. Generally, barbecues and roasted sweet potatoes are used. I like to use this function, the food tastes very good;
4. The baking time is adjusted according to the characteristics and taste of the own oven.
