Simple Spice Grilled Lamb Chop
1.
Finely chop garlic and rosemary.
2.
Mix garlic, chopped rosemary, yellow mustard seed sauce, black pepper, salt, olive oil, and red wine, and stir well.
3.
Use kitchen paper to absorb moisture on the lamb chops (absorb the excess water, so that the lamb chops can be baked and colored), and evenly coat the mixed seasoning on both sides.
4.
Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
5.
Brush the baking pan with oil.
6.
Slice potatoes and onions (about 1cm thick), spread on a baking tray, sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste.
7.
Then put on the marinated lamb chops. Cut the small tomatoes in half, place them in the gaps, and add a few sprigs of rosemary.
8.
Preheat the oven to 230 degrees, put the baking tray into the middle layer, and bake for about 25 minutes.
9.
Let the roasted lamb chops stand for 2, 3 minutes, and start eating~
