Fresh and Juicy Grilled French Lamb Chops

Wash the French lamb chops after soaking in bleeding water;

Use kitchen paper towels to soak up the moisture;

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt and lemon juice and stir well;

Pour the spicy cumin powder and water into the bowl to make the sauce for marinating. The ratio of powder, water and meat is roughly 6:8:100. Pour the prepared sauce into the lamb chops and fully grasp it;
