Grilled Fresh Scallops with Garlic

Chop garlic, cut green onion into sections, then put a little oil in the pan, put the garlic in the pan and fry a few times, put it in a bowl, set aside

Remove the internal organs of the fresh scallops, then wash them, put the sauteed garlic, and then drizzle less hot oil

Pour a little steamed fish drum oil, then put it in the microwave, and bite it on high heat for 8 minutes (I do it separately, first bite on high heat for 5 minutes, and then bite on high heat for 3 minutes)
