Grilled Fungus with Mushrooms

Soak and wash the black fungus

Wash the shiitake mushrooms and remove the stalks

Then cut the shiitake mushrooms with a blade

Heat oil, fry the chives and ginger, add the mushrooms

Stir-fry it until dehydrated and soft

Add black fungus and stir fry

Add some oyster sauce

Add a little water and cook for 2 minutes

Season with salt and sugar, turn off the heat after turning off the sauce

Tips:
1. You can also use light soy sauce instead of oyster sauce
2. The aroma will be better after the mushrooms are stir-fried.
