Grilled Green Snapper

After slaughtering the live blue snapper, remove the scales, intestines and gills, wash and drain; mince green onion, ginger, garlic, and dice green and red peppers

Heat the frying pan, fry the blue snapper on both sides until golden and serve; in another frying pan, stir fragrant ginger and minced garlic, then add green and red peppers and stir fry

Add the bean paste and chili sauce to a small fire and stir-fry for a fragrance, cook in the cooking wine; add the fried blue snapper, pour in some water and sugar; boil and simmer on medium heat for 10-15 minutes, sprinkle with chopped green onion.
