Grilled Herring with Bamboo Shoots

Wash the herring and cut into pieces, remove the outer skin of the bamboo shoots

Blanch the sliced bamboo shoots in boiling water and remove them for later use

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add pepper, ginger, garlic, and green onions to 70% of the heat and stir fry until fragrant. Add a bowl of water, soy sauce, white wine, sugar, and salt to the juice.
