There were too many octopus marinated yesterday. Part of it was fried, and a few pieces were left for today's braised meal. It's satisfying with a bowl of rice. The happiest time every day is to eat, haha

Grilled Octopus

1. The hairtail is salted in advance with cooking wine and shredded ginger. spare

2. Don't put too much oil in the pan and spread the bottom evenly. Too much, too oily.

3. Put the octopus in the pan separately, not too big

4. Fry for a few minutes, turning twice in the middle. Don't leave, just use a small fire. The fire is too big to control.

5. Put a small amount of bean-breaking sauce and sugar in the pot and mix well until the sugar dissolves.

6. Add the chopped green onion and ginger and continue to stir fry, add light soy sauce and cooking wine and continue to stir well

7. Add a small amount of water to a boil and put the hairtail in it.

8. Don't make the pot too big, turn over after cooking for a while, then cover and simmer for a while.

9. Sprinkle some chopped green onions when the juice is almost harvested. Sheng out. I didn't add salt because the bean curd sauce was very salty, and the octopus was marinated.
