Grilled Octopus

Remove the scales and internal organs of the hairtail

Sauce, wine;

Add seafood soy sauce

Add salt, five spice powder, pepper,

Add onion, ginger, garlic, fish sauce, olive oil

Pour the seasoning juice into the plate with the octopus and marinate for 15-20 minutes

Cover the baking tray with tin foil, place the fish on top, and sprinkle the remaining sauce evenly on the fish

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes

Take out the pan and serve.
