Grilled Octopus

First cut all the ginger, onion, garlic and chili.

Wash the hairtail, add appropriate amount of salt, add all the auxiliary materials except coriander, and marinate for 20 minutes.

The marinated hairtail is drained of water, and two spoons of flour are added and mixed evenly.

Spread tin foil on the bottom of the baking pan, and arrange the marinated hairtail into the baking pan.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees in advance, put the octopus into the middle and lower layers of the oven, and bake them on the upper and lower fire at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

Take out the octopus, brush it with cooking oil, put it in the oven and continue to bake for about 10 minutes before it is out.

Take out the grilled fish, spread it with coriander and chili, and add a little sesame oil to serve.
