Grilled Octopus

Wash the octopus, cut into sections, add white vinegar and green onions to marinate.

Shred carrots and parsley into sections.
3.
Beat the eggs.

The marinated octopus segments are wrapped in egg liquid and fried in a frying pan until golden on both sides.

Add a little oil to the wok, add the minced garlic and shallots and dry red pepper until fragrant.
6.
Add the carrot shreds and fry until cooked.
7.
Add the coriander section.
8.
Add the octopus, mix in the sauce, and stir-fry gently.
9.
Serve out of the pan.
