Grilled Octopus in Soy Sauce

Prepare raw materials: hairtail, ginger slices, green onions, shacha sauce;

After the octopus is cleaned, use appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine to grab well, and marinate for a while;

Slice ginger and scallion into dice;

Pour out the water in the marinated hairtail, and pat a proper amount of dried starch;

Heat up the wok, pour in an appropriate amount of rapeseed oil;

After the oil is heated, add the octopus and fry until golden on both sides;

Leave the bottom oil in the pot and fry fragrant ginger and garlic;

Add an appropriate amount of Shacha sauce;
9.
Saute the shacha sauce until fragrant;

Add appropriate amount of water, sugar, cooking wine, light soy sauce and boil;

Add the fried octopus and cook over medium-low heat until the soup thickens;

Just turn off the heat and let it out.
Tips:
1. The seasoning can be adjusted according to personal taste;
2. Shacha sauce is fragrant and delicate. When sautéing the sauce, it needs to be sautéed on low heat. The taste of the sauce is relatively fresh and slightly sweet. The octopus made with shacha sauce is suitable for all ages.
