Grilled Octopus with Dried Tofu

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the hairtail with salt water bubbles.

Add oil to the pan, add ginger and shallots and fry until fragrant, add octopus and fry.

Add dried tofu and fry.

Add appropriate amount of boiling water, add soy sauce, light soy sauce, a little salt, turn to low heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Tips:
1. Remove the black film from the hairtail, which is the most fishy part and the inedible part.
