Grilled Octopus with Golden Garlic

Wash the octopus and cut into sections of 7 to 8 cm. Make a cut on the octopus, add salt, sugar, cooking wine, pepper powder, high white wine, green onion and ginger, and marinate for 30 minutes;

Put edible oil in the pan and stir the garlic cloves until golden brown and remove them for later use;

The marinated octopus is dipped in egg liquid;

Put it in the oil of the garlic cloves fried in step 2 and fry;

After the octopus is fried to golden brown on both sides, pour in the vinegar, light soy sauce, fried garlic cloves, green onion and ginger when marinating the octopus, and then pour in a little hot water and cook for 5 minutes until the soup thickens.
