Grilled Octopus with Green Onion

Ingredients: Hairtail

Wash and cut the hairtail

Knife on both sides of the fish section

Add cooking wine and a little salt to marinate for 10 minutes. Then wash and drain the water

Wash the scallions and cut into sections

Heat oil and fry the hairtail

Fry until it's browned inside, then serve and set aside

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add the green onion and saute

Add octopus and cook in old vinegar

Add soy sauce

Add appropriate amount of water and cook for 10 minutes on medium and small fire

Tips:
1. When frying, you should fry out the scorched aroma, not to fry.
2. It doesn't have to be old vinegar, just choose the vinegar you like.
